They took the time to give me a tour of the facility, explain the services available, the orientation a new purchaser receives when a coach is delivered, and the importance of after-sales service.

They are never too busy to help you or stop and talk to you.

Awesome experience. Was on a road trip and blank tank valve stuck in open position. Called them and they fit me in within the hour. Outstanding service and excellent tech guy. On the road again in 90 minutes.

They have a nice selection on Winnebago Travel Trailers.

The entire staff at Gatesville RV will treat you amazing. Fixed our water heater and new roof and treated us like family. Came in to pick up our trailer and they had even replaces a running light cover we had misplaced. Informative about RVs they have for sale without trying to push you to purchase anything. Would highly recommend this dealership for all your RV needs.

I emailed after hours to see if I could come in to get my RV winterized. I received an email the very next day first thing in the morning. When my husband and I took the RV in everyone was very friendly. They winterized our RV in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. They also went above and beyond to answer any questions and explained what we would need to do in order to use the RV again. Outstanding service! Thank you!

I have only used them about 3 times. A few times on my 2021 Flagstaff 25fkbs The last time was for electrical issues for my lights. I explained to James my issues the said no problem we will take care of it. I also had my bearings packed de-winterized and look over my camper to make sure all the caulking was good. I really like the customer service there has always been very polite and has always made sure I was satisfied with the work. The team there is great to work with. I highly recommend them and I will be going back for my camper needs. I would recommend you go in and talk to James there I will say you will be happy you did. they get your rv back in timely manner on top of it.

I wanted to share my experience with the folks at Gatesville RV. I took my motorhome in about five weeks ago for several things that were to be covered by the extended warranty. I know five weeks sounds like a long time but the service and especially the communication with the folks at the RV service department were some of the best I’ve ever had. I know sometimes people don’t realize that it takes time to get things done especially through insurance. I would like to personally thank James, Larry and Drake for doing such a great job.

The service department was great. They kept me informed and updated on repairs. Everyone should drive to Gatesville to have their equipment worked on.

I want to let the folks in Gatesville know of a fine business you have in your area. I am speaking of Gatesville R.V. Sales and Service. They have serviced my RV twice. The first time they were able to fix a long
standing problem that other shops couldn’t or wouldn’t.

The second time was an emergency. We were loading the vehicle on November 25 expecting to depart for a 3 week trip on the 26th. We encountered a problem that would prevent our departure and keeping our
reservations.

I called Gatesville R.V. Service department not expecting the response I received. The service manager told me to bring it in (a L hour trip), and they would try to ‘ get us on the road’. Three hours later l was taking it back home and we were able to make our departure date.

So THANK YOU to Gatesville R.V. and all the staff. You made it possible for us to visit with our children and their families as planned.

Nice place. Fast service. They had what we needed. A little pricey, but parts were in stock.

Can’t say enough good things about James and Drake at Gatesville Rv. I had a trip planned in a couple of days and realized that my leveling system wasn’t working I called on a Friday at noon and they told they had a couple of techs off that day but if I would bring it by they would take a look at it, I got there and James and drake guided me right into the shop they started diagnostics and fixed the issue while I was there. I had thought for sure I would have to cancel my vacation plans and lose all my deposits but they saved the day and the trip!!
